I am using parameter fields 6 total. The main field is a part number. We will use a free crystal report viewer to view and print this report. The report is really done and works for what I want but it seems I have a problem with the main field (part number). When you click the drop down for this field it shows the correct parts but not all of them. There are about 8500 parts and it only shows a few hundred of the part numbers . I can choose a part and everything works but of course I need to be able to choose anyone of the 8500 part numbers from the drop down. I have seen people with this problem on the net and there is a registry change to view all parts. I have done this and I can browse and view all parts in crystal reports 2008 program but not when I run viewer. I also want to make a change to this field so I click drop down and it shows parts I could type in the box and it narrow down the part numbers as I start to type it.
