Description: The aim of this project is to develop on online TV type website for sport.

The content will be provided by Reporters based over a wide geographical spread, and will consist of interviews, behind the scenes stuff, etc.

The will be one main page, and 32 regional pages( Micro Sites)

There will be one administrator of the site, who will control content on the main page.AN external Video Service Provider, could be used, such as Viddler

Regional Reporters will need the ability to upload and administer their own content.
Specialist Contributers will require their own page also.

Revenue for the site will be advertsising based and will also an on-line shop.

So advertising will need to be able to be changed very easily.

There will need to be a facility for a board/Forum for each Regional Part.

Requirements are very vague at the moment , but I am looking for developers who have completed this type of project before, and could provide ideas.
