Description: Hey. I want a PTC site with most of the neobux features and many ideas from my self. The most important things for me are:
1) 110% security(not only 100%) cause im going to offer instant payment 2) The design should be just stunning,amazing and a shining design with awesome details.
3) The admin panel is an important part too of course. It should contain as much functions as possible to make my work load lesser.

So I want a serious and very good programmer and designer for this project cause it is a serious project that has to be worked on properly.
I want a programmer that knows what he is doing and knows what exactly what i want. He has to be honest and give me technical support as long its needed after the site is launched.
