Description: The website should be able to create a new account for new users. Old users should be able to log in and see the data.
The person who is logged in should be able to send sms to the mobile number he/she enters. The user is allowed to send number of SMS as per the membership type. There can also be paid or free membership.

Programmers who has done this kind of project before can only bid.
