Description: I need someone to provide house plans for a very small project

Land size is only 360m2 but we have designed a house and pool which covers most of the land size

I have done ground plan in Smartdraw and very basic 3D in Sketchup so you can understand the design

I need advice on footings and steel in pillars. The external dividing walls will become the house walls in some places

Construction will probably be brick walls and tiled roof.

The drawing is to scale 1 grid square = 1m (The block is 40m x 9m)

Only qualified architect or draftsman need apply. I will require references and examples of your previous work.
