We are in the process of creating an online mobile phone theme creator for Nokia S60 and Sony Ericsson mobile phones.
We are using a linux/apache/php and by default the creation of nokia series 60 themes is done on windows based machines but there are a lot of tools now available for linux. We need a programmer that can make a theme creator for linux/apache/php
It will most likely need some form of C comiling on the linux system which is not a problem as We lease our own server, so we are looking for a programmer that will take a look at what is available for creating Nokia series 60 themes (.sis files) as will as Sony ericsson (.thm files) on linux systems and then place a bid.
You will need to have experience of creating apps for linux so being able to code in C or any other compateble programming language and also able to code in php (for the creator front end)
the way the creator will work is as follows
1, user uploads a main image to use for the theme
2, option to upload a second image for other sections of the phone (optional)
3, selects icon pack for theme (packs will be provided, if none chosen default pack is used)
4, able to select font colors for sections of the theme.
5, advanced options (optional) and this part may not be needed?
6, give theme a name
7, create sis or thm theme file
8, Dowbload the file
An example of online theme creator is available on Zedge.net.
Not all sections of the theme creation will be needed on this online version just those listed above and some advance options.
The main part is actualy getting an application to create the sis and thm file on a linux system. |
