Description: We need auto auction web site single model (auction admin as a single seller only), which is restricted to access for general public and open to dealers.
One Category-vehicles, Search for Salvaged vehicles and Titled vehicles, and sub Search Categories starts from “ALL” buttons/scroll such as Cars, SUVs, Light Trucks/Pick-ups, Vans, Heavy Trucks & Trailers, Motorcycles, Boats, ATVs, Snowmobiles, Industrial Equipment. Year Start, Year End, “ALL” then Make, “ALL” then Model, Search). Also able to Search data for buttons Proxy Bid and Buy It Now.
Should be very fast to browse pages and strong for heavy traffic.
Should handle, manage, filter and upload automatically unlimited vehicle data description with photos to website listings. Vehicle data will be taken from other auto auctions also, which is closed for general public.
Five additional “languages names” Spanish, French, German, Russian and Arabic (plus English) have to be translated and supported.
A modern with good impression (not templates) and user-friendly auction vehicle website with light blue background.
Separate two options buttons for Proxy Bid (highest bidder is a winner) and Buy It Now.
Auction has to have full auction features for Admin and registered Members/Buyers including invoicing.
Restricted to general public to view data listings for short amount of time or pages have been viewed without trial period. With trial period 24 hr. only. General public has to register same as Member does.
Some vehicle description information should be hidden to general public at that moment and for trial Members also.

Members/Buyers for one-year registration and membership fee required through GoogleCheckout to see full data listings but not Bid or Buy.
Registered Members/Buyers allowed only by Admin to Bid or Buy after certain amount was deposited to Admin and Members/Buyers can see that amount from their account.

Managed by Admin, program will allow Members/Buyers to place only restricted maximum amount for the vehicle based from their deposit’s percentage for Bid or Buy.
Estimated cost “calculator” for ground transportation and ocean shipping for registered Buyers/Members included trial Members and general public.

Also, final amount of payment, Members/Buyers able to look estimated cost (optional choose “Yes or No”) for ground transportation, ocean shipping or (without any transportation), auction fees, minus previous deposit and “Terms and Conditions Agreement” “link” before placing final amount for Proxy Bid or Buy It Now.
Required open source code and ongoing technical support for 1 year, then bonus will be granted after overall satisfaction.
