Description: I need a Windows Desktop Application that goes through any city/cities in Canada or the United States in the Personals/Casual Encounters category, and email anyone who posted an ad for the current day.

I need the application to be VERY clean, easy to use, and appealing.

The program must allow me to import a text file with a list of Authenticated Proxy IPs and then import a text file with a list of Gmail Accounts/Passwords. The program should rotate the Proxy IP and Gmail Account every single time it posts emails a person.

It should have a section for me to write the email I want to send out, a From Name, and the subject should be a RE: to the subject they posted.

I need the ability to email people who posted an ad with certain keywords in the title or subject, OR, to just email every single person who posted an ad for the current day only.

DO NOT BID if you don\'t understand this project or how to use Craigslist. ***I NEED THIS DONE IMMEDIATELY***
